Skype is very convenient application. You can take a lesson by Skype. It is easy to set up.
In our school 1 lesson (25 min) is about $2.5. Then most of them has worked for long time and they has license or degree of education. All instructors take training before teach.
We have offline school too. You can take lessons about 8 hours in a day. It would improve your skill dramatically.
